Horse racing scraper + wordpress-based website app

Looking for someone who can scrape daily and historical horse racing data from the sportinglife website to display on a wordpress based website.
The scraper needs to pick out the following data for todays race and also the horses previous 11 runs
- Horse name
- Stall no (if applicable)
- Form of last 11 races (not todays race of course which is still to be run)
- Class of race
- Odds
- The type of ground
- Jockey / Trainer
- The distance it was beaten in the last 11 races (not todays race of course which is still to be run)
- The weight carried by the horse in each race and also today's
When looking at the past 11 races - values will be assigned to several of the criteria to establish a 'rating'. This will be done for each race and averaged out.
This data will then be displayed on a website. I have created PSDs which will be supplied - JPGs are attached for visual purposes.
In the wp-admin I will need the facility to run the scraper for the following days races.
I would like a detailed response about how this can be achieved, and also how to safeguard against any issue in future if the scraper fails to work due to the sportinglife website being modified in some way.
