From OsCommerce admin panel I need access to language files

This project has two issues.

Issue 1

On my OsCommerce site I was able to reach files from admin panel. I removed it because of security and now I almost regret.

From admin panel I need access to language files only. When I say language files I mean only one file per language. Like [login to view URL] , Swedish.php. and Serbian.php. All other language files that are located in different folders can still stay unavailable from admin panel, I do not need to reach them from admin panel

Issue 2

Please see attached files to understand better this issue.

It is about messages that I get when I add or edit new product or new article. I am getting correct messages but they are coming tree or five times in tree or five lines. It is irritating I would like to get only one message in one line.
