Fix SSL and Domain name (without cloudflare and without hardcoding on wp-config)

Need help fixing SSL and change main domain from [login to view URL] to [login to view URL]
I prefer not to use cloudflare and not hard-code the domain name on [login to view URL] file. Please also ensure the subdomain is SSL secured.
The original non-WWW domain had basic wordpress installed. It was working before and was secured with SSL. A developer tried redirecting to WWW, but he only managed to do a partial redirect i.e. the wp-admin was still on non-WWW and the SSL became broken.
Developer tried these below but weren't successful:
1) updating .htaccess file to redirect http to https and non-www to www
2) Installing a really simple ssl plugin
3) manually generating SSL CERTIFICATE, KEY and CA bundle and updating them manually
Please bid only if you are confident in fixing the SSL and domain name.
The desired result is when user types [login to view URL], it goes to [login to view URL]
All pages should also be secured and have WWW. My server is running on VestaCP and Centos7.
