We send out emails from our CRM. We need help with email pixel tracking.

You will be required to set up email tracking on our server. We will insert code in the email so the pixel will fire when email is opened. We need you to collect all information from the user such as time opened ,links clicked , browser ,location, ip address etc etc.

We need to download excel /csv/ text files from server to get above data
