Easy Populate Manipulation

I have a data feed I am trying to insert into an osCommerce store. The feed is large and I can’t manipulate it in excel. The description field exceeds 255 characters and includes html tags. I want a script that will rename and move to columns into the easy populate format for up loading to my store.

I’ve include the starting files format and the easy populate format as [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] respectively.

The current Categories field includes a pipe delimited mess that I want to have divided into separate Category fields in the final.txt, The initial "Suppiler One" should be removed with four categories used in the final.txt
