We are looking for desktop + web based Reminder software where in we can create/add Organization/Company, Enter company info alert email and mobile numbers in comma separated, and each company/organization will have any number of employees and for each such employee we should be able to create any number of alerts, simple add alert option should add any number of alerts, each employee can have any number of files each file info like file name, file ID(not auto generated), file date, file expiry, reminder on expiry(0 for no,1 for yes), frequency of reminder, file last renewal date.
If any file of any employee of any company is expiring an alert should be sent to system running desktop application a popup window should appear with expiry details of the file and as an alert email and SMS should be sent to desired people in that company
Simple and professional UI needed along with this it should also have basic accounting software features like generating LPO, invoices, receipts, quotations etc
We need this application with source code and document explaining same, it should be in VB.Net
