Design a Software/or Website that will Auto Change instagram usernames

What i need is a piece of kit that will automatically try to change the username of an instagram account to a set word or phrase that I will set.
This will run continuously until gets the name.
For example I want the instagram name "Louis", but someone has got it.
I will run this software and it will continuously to try and change the account i'm using username to "louis"
One day the person that had the username "louis" decides to change it to "louism" that's when the account I own automatically grabs that name and takes it.
I believe instagram have a limit on how many requests to change your name you can do over a set period of time, so you'll have to work around that or bypass it.
I want to be able to run multiple accounts at one time looking for different words or phrases that I set.
I would like to see a draft of what you'll be able to do before selecting the right freelancer.
I need someone who's english speaking and understands instagram.
