Return all campaigns in a given distance, input: latitude, longitude, distance
Rank by max_budget
User_campaigns
Return all campaigns, input: user_id
Only return campaigns where the current date < expiry_date
User_campaigns
Enter into user_campaigns, input: user_id, campaign_id, campaign_code
Check to see if campaign_code matches allowed campaign codes for given campaign_id -> look at table, allowed_codes_for_campaign
User_account
Return one row that matches username, password
Campaign_user_budget_allocation
Return all, input: user_id, campaign_id
User_discounts
Return all, input: user_id
Enter_store_discount
Subtract discount amount in Enter_store_discount from user_discounts, input_user_id, company_id
Remove entry from Enter_store_discount
Enter the remaining amount into remaining_amount_to_pay
Enter_store_discount
Add / update entry into Enter_store_discount, input: user_id, company_id, amount
