correct back office issues

I have some back office issues that need to be resolved. i need some pictures uploaded, I need my shipping module checked for my website, i need pricing in the shopping cart for retail customers, distributors( i have 2 designations for distributors that need to be created. for instance, one product will have 3 different prices. one price for retail customers, one price for distributor 1 and a price for distributor 2. too, i need my sign up registration fixed so that a customer can sign up without wanting to be a distributor. so when a customer wants to purchase from the site they can sign up and the customer can create their own password and username. one of those must be the customer's email. once the customer creates their account they are in the system for good. however, i should be able to see them in my back office and know when and what they purchased. when someone wants to be a distributor they can sign up as well through the same process and i can go into the back office and manually input by selecting and assigning them distributor 1 or 2. that will determine what prices they will pay when they purchase the product. I guess their designation will have to be connected to the shopping cart. as well i will need all purchases connected to my PayPal account. there may be more but at the moment i am not sure. the deal breaker is that i NEED THIS DONE ASAP. asap does not mean in 10 days, 5, days...it means IMMEDIATELY! so please don't waste your time or mine. please actually read my request and respond accordingly.
