Need to have the files updated to meet newest/current php version and MySQL version so they can run. Have functions in my code that have been deprecated in the current version of PHP.

Modifying the code to simply work on the newer PHP versions would be simple enough. However, I would also recommend updating the code to be more secure, including using prepared statements.
