I need to a simple forum created and report, I have made a template to what is needed on there. including all topic names etc.
Basics needed.

Logins and user types
Simple registeration - from email?
Simple functionalties, ie. post thread, reply to thread.
Red,Grey,White,Black colour scheme/layout.
I need to be able to run everything once done and will need help.
This includes database, etc. So will need you need to guide me through setup and startup of running the forum as long with acess of the database.
I also may need explanations of particulars things from you.
