Build a Crypto wallet

I want to create a crypto wallet that supports the following crypto currencies:
Bitcoin
Litecoin
Ethereum
Dash
Ripple
Bitcoin Cash
zcash
I want the wallet to have two factor authorization where the owner can also use their dell phone number to receive a code for security.
The wallet must have send/receive options for each coin.
I'm planning on using the domain name [url removed, login to view] for the wallet. The wallet will also need to be available in app format.
Id like to set it up so that its free for users to add crypto to their wallet but they are charged a 0.5% fee for that crypto when they send (this 0.5% gets sent to my "owners" crypto address).
Payment for project will be made after project is complete. I will hire the freeleancer on an hourly on call basis to maintain the website and app.
I will allow the freelancer to choose the best hosting plan for the site and app.
