Dear Guys
We are a company that sells electronics components, we have decided that we want to sell it online. For that to happen we need a help of someone that can do it for us.
Below are the details that we know.
1 - We will have around 10 thousand items.
1.1 - Every item needs to have its own data sheet, it will be an PDF File which the client can upload.
1.2 - For the beginning we want to be able to use a excel sheet to upload the majority of the itens and on the future we want to be able to do it online directly. So the website will get main product info (description, price, etc) from an excel sheet fed to the website.
1.3 - It will be a multi-currency system.
2 - We need to to have the interface for search, sales, order status and shipment control.
3 - The client will have his area where can see all the order he place to us.
4 - Every sale should generate an invoice.
5 - The majority of the clients at this moment are in Brazil, but we are soon expanding worldwide.
6 - We will need to have in 2 languages, but for now we will focus in English only
7 - We will have 3 methods of payment getaway at the beginning, credit card, paypal, and direct deposit on our account.
8 - As we are company we would like to have access control, where I can give different power to certain employees.
9 - The website needs to be fast to use in CHINA (where our office is) and in BRAZIL (where majority of the client is.
10 - I want to be open API, so other website can use my website for drop shipping.
I prefer to work with someone that already have a system that we can tweak, I don’t think I want to do all this from the 0.
