Assymetric encryption PHP/C++

In an asymmetric encryption scenario, we need to encrypt data using the Private key in PHP and decrypt it using Public key in C++. Either RSA or Elliptical Curve are acceptable. Any public domain code (note this is different from GPL code) can be used by the freelancer. E.g. on library on PHP side : [login to view URL] , e.g. libraries on C++ side are Crypto++ or LibTom . If you want to use any other library, please let us know first. If any paid libraries need to be purchased, let us know the budget/link and we can consider it. Budget is $100 (yes we know that it is only a 1 or 2 hour job for someone who knows what he is doing). To get the $100, freelancer needs to provide code to encrypt data with the Private Key in PHP and decrypt data using the Public Key in C++ .
