Add-ons for cms developed on laravel

I am looking for a Laravel CMS developer to add specific add-ons to my existing CMS. The ideal candidate should have experience with Laravel and be able to implement the following features:

- Support for different domains for the language versions: we currently have three language versions. The main version is Bulgarian and additional languages English and Russian. By default, the system changes the address prefix and adds /en/, /ru/ when the language change flag is pressed. We want to do to change the domain:

This way we will keep one database and the same admin panel will be used, but for each language version it will open with a new domain.
- On the front page we want to place and integrate a slideshow. In the admin panel, we want to add slideshow management, to be able to add photos and url address for each slide.
Specific Requirements:
- Mobile-responsive: The add-ons must be mobile-responsive to ensure a seamless experience across devices.
- High security features: It is important that the add-ons have robust security features to protect user data and prevent unauthorized access.
- Multiple language support: The add-ons should support multiple languages to cater to a diverse user base.
