I would like to on the order, the client can choose whether to receive an invoice or not. You have to put the two checkboxes: "I do not need a VAT invoice" (default checked) and "Please issue a VAT invoice." If the customer chooses the second option, exited his invoice data: Company name, VAT, Company address (street, postal code, city, country). If the customer chooses the first option - the invoice does not generate, but if you choose the second option and fill in the field, the invoice will be generated for the given data.
