Help me solve a DB issue

I am looking for someone to talk me through assigning a DB to my files.
there are 4 versions of the software all of which work fine.
Uploaded a 5th file to the software which isn't working - it needs assigning to a new DB which I have created. i'm just not sure where abouts in the code i need to refer to the DB.
