Directory/File Tree Structure

I need a PHP script to display files in a tree structure utilizing a couple of existing tables in my MySQL database. The first table holds the categories (cat_id, cat_name, parent_id, dir_level, order). The second table contains files (cat_id, file_name, file_name_to_display, path). See the attached image for what the page would look like. I need a working script rather quickly. Thanks.
