Cloning of customers data from one landing page to another

When customers send their contact information to my website, I want that same contact information also to be send to my OTHER website: [url removed, login to view] ..and the "send" button there should be activated automatically after that, so that the information there also gets send.
I still need to make a few small adjustments to the first website, so that the customer information lines will be the same for both website. After that, the assignment can be executed. First I would like to inquire what the price for this assignment would be.

Website 1 is owned by me, so I have the inlog codes for the moderator. It is made with Wordpress.
Website nr 2 is from a third-party that I work with and I do not have moderator access to their website.
