Business microsites

We have a website based on the Wordpress template "True Mag". It is going to be used as a Web-TV channel. We need help with parts of the project. The main issue it to create microsites for advertisers on the website. Each advertiser need to have their own page with logo, info, a short description of the company and the ability of uploading videoes to their page. Each advertisers need to have the ability to log in and make changes to the info on their own page as well as uploading videos to the page.
Videos uploaded should be uploaded to our Wistia account. For each advertiser we create a corresponding project on Wistia. For the this to be possible we need to create some sort of frontend using the Wistia API. When the video is uploaded it of course has to appear on the advertisers page. The Advertiser pages are public.
The project probably involves using Wordpress MU for the Advertiser pages.
