Adding graphical banner to responsive Drupal theme

1) adding the banner to responsive theme in Drupal 7.
2) and adding to the HOME page under the banner basic page content.
Static banner must be o responsive like this theme and MUST be changeable easy later to me (ex. swapping graphic files with the same dimentions).
Height of baner must be - 180 pix
Width must be responsive
