xml feed to mysql

I have a big XML file (about 90 MB) with the dates of a affiliate apartments rent system.
I need a simple system who import all dates to my mysql database.
this script will be use for the rest of files that we need to import (about 5-6 files.) (prices list, resume properties, accommodation, bookings, etc... )
this script import all date to mysql without know a exactly estructure of de XML, the script read the structure.
The script will be executed 1 time per week by cron, we need that will be very quickly system
The winner give me a real solution to make this actualization very quickly, because the file its very big (remember about 90MB) we have access to ftp with a zip xml files.
The script or class should be have 2 modes:
mode 1- insert all dates to my sql without know the xml structure (initial store to mysql)
mode 2 - update only the changes
we need to call the class very quickly on our server. remember that we have about 5-6 files more.
the cron will be update very quickly because a xml1 will be update 1 time for week, a xml2 will be update 2 time per week, a xml3 will be update everydays.... etc..
we are very worry because the file its very big. explain the solution of this please.
