Video Streaming with FFMpeg

We need an expert to do some work with FFMpeg.
Features we need from the programmer are,
1. Admin will upload video in avi, mpeg, wmv, mp4 format.
2. One thumbnail is generated and both the video file and thumbnail location is saved in the database.
3. Users can view the thumbnails and click to watch the video.
We have the admin ready. It is a small part of the whole job. So your work is as follows.
1. create tables in database only for the video section (original video file, thumbnail etc)
2. Create the form where admin can upload the video. (We have the design ready so you dont need to do the design of the form).
3. Users can see the thumbnail and watch the video by clicking on it.
You must have FFMpeg work in portfolio. The code should be clear to understand. Dont tell me all your portfolio websites. I'll pay 50% in escrow in advance. After testing the complete site I will pay the full.
