I have an existing x-cart site and a new design that i want to change to including all the css, html etc.

I need someone who has experience to take all of my new design elements like graphics, logos, colors, templates etc and create a new theme/skin or integrate it with my existing website.

I do not need a graphic designer for this, i already have the graphics. This is a job for integrating my site and these new graphics.
