WordPress .HTACCESS issue

Hi,

I have a client with a new WordPress installation we provided. It is installed in the root of their shared hosting. They also had another PHP application folder in the root as well in a directory ( ROOT/application ). Within this directory that have an administrative area for the application ( ROOT/application/admin ).

When we installed WordPress, all files outside of WordPress redirected to 404 pages within the WordPress installation. We then implemented the [login to view URL] htaccess 404 hack, which helped us get into the /application folder without a 404. However, the /application/admin and everything else deeper than one directory level is still giving 404s.

You must be able to fix this by editing the .htaccess file and then sending it back. You will NOT be provided access to the server.

*** ATTENTION ***

We do not need to see a list of site's you've done. All you should say in your application is, "I can do this, please send me the htaccess file so that I can edit it." This should take less than 15 minutes if you know what you are doing. Please do not apply if you will be guessing.
