Wordpress coder

I need a person to work with me on 2-3 webpages. It will mostly be editing and customizing already made WordPress templates. I will tell you how I want the page to look in a layout, and your job would be to code the page to look the same as the mockup.
I have 5-6 hours of work pending now, and in the future there will also be fixes that have to be done (around 2-4 hours per month). I run multiple websites so there will always be some work to be done.
I need a person who understands English and has good coding skills. I also appreciate fast communication.
