Provide a wordpress plugin that shows a popup notification on pages

I am after someone that can sell me a very simple plugin for wordpress.
I have attached a sample of a photo where you can see it live in action.
On the screenshot you will see that in the bottom left hand side of this website a small 'popup' window comes up each time someone buys a product from their website. It fades in and fades out nicely.
I would like a plugin that does the same.
I would like to enter a list of products and i would like the plugin to randomly popup showing when they were booked.
This may be using jquery or something similar i am guessing but i am certain that someone out there already has this plugin.
A demo showing this is absolutely necessary.
