Wordpress gaming website needs changes

I have a gaming website that I need to make a series of small changes to.

I am looking for a intelligent and capable web programmer that is able to make the changes required.
There are 8 changes that need to be made.
1. Fix overlap of Friends and Games list.
2. Separate Group page for users.
3. Adjustable stream sizes for embedded game streams.
4. Embed Follow button for streams.
5. Embed button for stream chat pop-out window.
6. Searching user and game database with partial string needs to return results instead of only exact strings.
7. Add new image to background of group page.
8. Turn off 'Inactivity Timeout' on chat
