We want to build a website like [url removed, login to view] (we have the design which is similar to the original), with the following functions:

1. Business registration and search

2. Government registration and search

3. People sign up and people search

The site will also need a address book and registration and it will need advertisers sign up and posting (there will be a place where advertisers can post videos and banners and have a way to charge them per click/ impression/ days)

Sites needs to be in french and english starting out in english and can click a button to make total website in french then click a link to make it back to english and everything on the site needs to change.

(will provide translation for french language)

I need someone who wants full time work or who only wants to do this 1 job because the time is limited, about 12 days.

This is how this project will proceed:

First Step: registration and the searches completed

Second Step: advertisements added and a place for members to add them and pay for them

Third Step: address book completed (this is not a guestbook but rather a place browsers can store business listings to go back to at a later date)

We will need to see progress every 2 days. Bid only if you think you can do it in 12 days.
