I need a simple 1-page website (lander page) developed.
This will include a header, footer, some brief sales text and imagery, and an application form with approximately 25 fields.
I will also need a small php script to submit the form; the form data should be saved on my server in csv format
A quick and easy 'thank you page' should appear after customer submission of data
DO NOT bid on this project if you have never done a simple lander page for marketers.
You MUST send me a portfolio showing similar types of one-page landers you have made in the past if you bid on this project
