I am looking for a long term business partner to help me with my work load from an already successful UK web design firm. We work on Web design, Graphic design, and SEO mainly but often have other web related projects.
I require someone for at least 25 hours per week for my projects that are currently coming in, but you may be needed more than this so someone with a team would be better.
Please quote me per hour for this project. Each project that we do after you have been chosen, I would like you to break the project down in to how many hours you believe it would take you to complete.
This is then how we will determine how much I should escrow to your account once each project is starting. I am open to discussion on this though and just want method of payment to be fair on both sides. So please only bid an hourly rate on this project.
