I am looking for a newsletter system that I can offer alongside my hosting and website management services. I would like it to be a simple install that I can replicate on many servers for clients to self-administrate using an admin login. Exclusive licence is a must as I will be branding the system as an addon to my services, although I am happy to have your credits in the code.
It needs a CAPTCHA system for new subscribers (or some other form of human verification) to stop the list being spammed. Admins should be able to add e-mail addresses manually via individual adding (no verification for admin adding addresses) or CSV format mailing list import. Only new clients to use the CAPTCHA system when subscribing.
There needs to be a form of monitoring clicks etc, so I am open to options here. I don't want clients to have to login to read a newsletter but don't know how else it can be done. If this is the only way, can it be added as an OPTION that my clients can decide upon (check box - require login to read or something)
No limits on number of e-mails - delayed send would be great if possible, say 200 at a time or even better, one with and auto re-send if it fails part way through.
They will need to be able to issue dated HTML e-mail newsletters using a WYSIWYG editor or BB Code input field that will allow text formatting, images and possibly file attachments. PDF output as an option would be a treat, but I know this can be difficult.
HTML Template that is editable via CSS or HTML for client customisation.
Collect demographic information when people subscribe so you can target your newsletter and autoresponder to a certain group of people (zip code, state, age, gender, etc.)
View reports to keep track of click-thru rates, open rate, unsubscribers, and more if possible.
FILES: The e-mail could contain a link to a file, rather than sending attachments in the outgoing mails. The file could be stored in [url removed, login to view] and a link can display in the newsletter.
I am anticipating the following format for displaying current and archive pages: (this is just the way I anticipate it based on my limited coding experience)
[url removed, login to view] - The main newsletter landing page with link to current newsletter and links to archives of old newsletters. A link to subscribe/unsubscribe and possibly admin login (if the admin directory is not displayed on the front page, that will be fine - ie. ). Client login if there are features they can edit - not essential as long as they can unsubscribe easily.

This is the kind of thing I need. If you can fulfil the criteria above, we need to talk. I am looking for a fast turnaround on this so time is also of the essence. This will probably suit someone who has already created something similar.
Fair prices please - This is a new adventure and I'm hoping to be using this service for work I get in from this. I am aiming to leave the website design/custom coding to those who know how to do it, while I just sell the service - it's working so far and I hope to expand quickly.
This project was listed a few months back but my funds ran out so I had to cancel it. This is a definite goer - I have a client who wants to send his first newsletter at the end of October, so I really need this to work. Thanks :-)
Note: The attached image is just my interpretation of the main page. I want to be able to integrate this into any html web site seamlessly.
