We need a clone of Scriptlance.
- It must have the same functionality as Scriptlance
- It needs a Web 2.0 skin

- Twitter new projects and awarded projects
Features not in Scriptlance
- Twitter project bids (with bidders affiliate link)
- "Fee Balance" - a separate account balance that can be used to pay project fees. We may give signups $10 in their "fee balance" for signing up --- the key is that this balance may never be withdrawn.
- Forced Escrow option - a system wide setting (enabled/disabled) that would require escrow upon awarding a project. Not sure if we really want this, but we want to have the ability.
Preference given to pre-developed / pre-deployed / pre-tested scripts.
Firm deadline. Don't bid if you are the unlucky programmer with sick grandmother, upcoming wedding, bad driver, with so much bad weather that your internet is always down. We've heard all of the excuses and none are acceptable for this project. If you accept the bid and attempt excuses, the project will be cancelled and you will be rated 1.
Escrow is fine, but no partial payments will be considered. It needs to be done & completed & installed on our server before payment is released.
Don't send me a portfolio with hundreds of things in it - send me up to 3 links of relevant portfolio content. Others will be discarded and considered as "bulk bids" and "unread requirements". I don't have time to work with providers that don't take the time to read the project details.
No time wasters. Contact is required Monday - Saturday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. as a minimum... More contact is usually required, but if you're not available during these hours, please don't bid.
