We are a small company that runs several websites that need ongoing maintenance. We also create new sites on a regular basis. These are niche site shopping search engines where 90% is the same with each niche. We change the header/banner, make up a new menu system, modify color scheme, etc..
We currently have (3) remote full time programmers and need to add another.
Two have worked steady for over a year, and the third has been steady since hired about 6 months ago. That's because we take good care of our team, treat them with respect, give them interesting work, and pay them fairly.
We have a lot of very interesting work going on. You need to be a quick learner, flexible, able to juggle multiple tasks, and jump from fire to fire. Instead of doing 1 job for 40 hours each week, you'll be doing 20 jobs for 2 hours each per week (or something like that).
We are on a typical PHP5 LAMP configuration. #1 skill is PHP, If you have FLASH , PhotoShop, CSS, HTML, Wordpress, SEO, Backlinking, Traffic Generation, etc.. be sure to let us know.
If you are a good organizer and manager let us know.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week). You need to have good English skills, be able to write and modify excellent PHP code with well thought architecture (no OOP required), and be online in Skype during certain (flexible) hours.
I'm located on the USA East Coast (Boston / New York Time)
You must be honest, trust worthy, reliable, dedicated and have attention to details. Must be able to write clean PHP/MySQL/AJAX code and be able to learn and solve problems quickly.
Bid for the monthly salary, but you will be paid weekly. The potential candidates will be given a sample work. And once again, we need a Filipino programmer. Other countries -- please don't bid.
