database entry work and web editing

We have a website that has a database that requires updating, we are looking for someone who is knowledgeable in php and MySql to update/add 250 CONTACT INFORMATION entries to existing tables.
You will have access to the control panel which will allow you to query the database and make modifications to it.
Several tables are related in the database. They are binfo,UserInfo, CustomerInfo,CategoryInfo,CategoryInfo2,RegionInfo,RegionInfo2.
And there are some extra fields in the tables, such as binfo, than the fields in attached new listing excel file(which will be supplied to you). You will need to the relationships between such tables and fields when adding or updating so to make sure the site is working correctly.
We will provide an excel spreadsheet that contains all the new updates.
On the site there are some web pages that need some modifications (Ex: Need to change date 2004 to 2005 (5 places), the site contains banners, 3 banners need to be replaced with 3 new ones. (Banners will be supplied)
