- No Flash intro.
- Only Catalan version is needed right now (I will provide all texts in Catalan and translate into English those needed) then it will be translated into 3 other languages but translation will be done by another person (text of the rest of the versions must be easy to change)
- Client may not like some things of the first design proposal, so your quote must include the cost of these changes (if there finally are)
- Please include some other sites that you did
- Website must include a search part and search criterias are location, price and type of property
- Client must be able to add new properties, including its pictures (with a form or something)
- Logo is already done (not very good in my opinion), so it will influence web design
- Deadline is 1-2 months, but I must concrete that
