and make sure when some one opens a page the default page layout to have side bar of this page - [login to view URL]

And also heading and content I will be editing each time when I create a page. Please let me know if you can do this.!! I need this fast as possible also for a good experience coder this is simple!

Let me know the price for this!! Also on IE8 the round corners of the website is not showing up!
