Wordpress Video Gallery, User login with Profiles needed

I have a wordpress site running the wootube theme. I am looking a developer to accomplish the following objectives.

The site is a video site for uploading videos, user comments, and sharing.

Objectives:

* The website needs to be able to register users, login users, and create user profiles.

Also, if possible users can have the ability to register and login via facebook, twitter, and google.

and the their credentials should populate the site profile.

* Once a user registers and logs in, then they can upload videos to the site.

Only certain video filetypes(avi,mp4,h264,mov,etc.) should be allowed with a 100mb limit.

*User can input video detail to have word tags attached to make it easier to search site.

*Once video details are taken and video is uploaded to the site, users/uploaders should have

the ability to share videos.

*For the home page there should be a video thumbnails, preview(no-sound) if possible, if not, not big deal.

*The video thumbnail nail should have video title and length. Once a user clicks on the thumbnail, it should go to that video where a user can watch and comment.

*Only registered users can comment.

*The home page should also automatically update (on approval).

* Testing for all devices android, pc, mac, tablets, etc to make sure the site renders properly on all devices and the video is able to be uploaded, downloaded, and played.

I dont have any plugins yet, as I wanted to talk with the winner. But I was think about codecanyon User Profile Made Easy
