I have 2 sites that I have Wordpress MU installed on. Now I need for a new theme to be made for both of these for the homepage. I want it to include the most recent updated blogs/posts. Also a toplist of sites that send the most traffic to the homepage. Both for the sidebar

I also need to have the home page be a blog itself and have the signup/register and sign in links at the bottom of the site as a footer and at the very top to the right corner of the site before the header of only the homepage blog.

I would like to have members that sign up for blogs specify what kind of niche their blog will be in. I would like to be able to include a niche targetted ad (banner, text links, iframe, or any other type of ads I need) as the header and footer for each blog. For example of the user says that his blog is in the anal niche then all ads on that blog in the header(topbar) and footer will be for anal porn site that I specify and I want to be placed. i do not want these ads to be taken off by anyone but me.

Ability for users to be able to run any wordpress plug-in they want. But I will be the only one that can add or delete plug-ins. Users can create as many blogs as they want.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
