penny auction monitoring and statistics

I need a software that monitor a specific penny auction site (i will give the name in private) and is able to generate specific statistic on ALL penny auctions and bidders. the software must have 3 view:
- Online auctions: from a list, on a specific auction (name and date), software must show name of player (bidder), current price, number of bids player putted on, number of unique player in last 5 minutes, and some statistic information for each single player (winner %, bids average, . This list must be updated in real time, (except statistic data)
- Closed auctions: from a list, on a specific auctions (name and date), software must show the same information of online auctions also with the name of winner. This list can be updated also offiline on in batch.t
- Bidder profile: from a list, software must show each auction (name and data)) where bidder played , how many bids he putted on, if he won or not, and statistic data (bidder average, winner %). This list can be updated also offiline on in batch.
This job is only for people that know penny auction logic.
