Dropbox Upload Script (PHP)

I have a simple file upload form that needs to upload files to a dropbox account. The form is already created and I will provide this. The php form worked previously, but now there is a problem with the upload process. I need the worker to make sure it is working again, either through troubleshooting or a rewrite. You will need your own [url removed, login to view] account for testing purposes.
