Adapt jquery plugin to Wordpress with extensive modifications

The enclosed files show a jquery slideshow plugin that I want to adapt to a customized Wordpress plugin.
The exact modifications needed will be given upon request, but include:
- Customizing the bottom bar somewhat (logo and a few links).
- Adding the option to make the bottom bar almost transparent.
- Clicking on the image to go to the next image.
- Adding a button on the images to show image in full (original) size.
- Adding text block area over an image that can be toggled on/off.
- Setting for % that images fit screen. When they are set to less than fit screen, the border that is left around them will have a setting for color, or for "fill-with-image" (that is, another image like a pattern can be used for the border instead of a solid color).
- And one or two or other items.
I need to be able to put more than one slideshow on the website, each with its own configuration control panel ( that is, the same panel, but each slideshow can be set its own way).
Oh....and I need this ASAP.
