Hello, I am looking for a smart PHP programmer on a monthly contract. Initially i will look forward to assign work for one month time period. Based on the performance/communication/proactiveness, the contract will be extended for longterm.

I am looking for PHP programmer with following qualities.

1) Good PHP knowledge - PHP 4.0/5.0

2) Communication/Reporting skills/ Proactiveness

3) Analytical skills / Debugging expertise

4) Ideas on Smarty templates

5) Mysql knowledge/database knowledge is MUST.

Work Commitment:

I require him to work for full month comprizing of 5 days a week and 8 hours each day. He/she need to report everyday on the status of his work using our PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. Should be available in Gtalk and Skype messengers.

I have priority for provider with low Cost of bidding.
