The project includes two e107 Site upgrades and one Move of one Cpanel Account to another Server.

We have reseller accounts in Server 1 (UK) and Server 2 (USA).

The first site is working on server 1 while the second in server 2. Both Sites are working fine but we need to upgrade them to the latest version of e107, while they are using version .617 now.

ALEX Site (Server 2)

Alex site needs only upgrade and to check tht everything is ok and working after the upgrade.

GIAP Site

This is the second site. We need it transfered to Server 2. I will create you an new account in Server 2, give you the cpanel account username and password and you will need to transfer everything (files, databases and cpanel's data -e-mails,stats,folders,databases-) to Server 2 new account. Then you will have to ensure everything is working fine, so that you can proceed to the upgrade to version .75 of e107.

I can make you any number of test accounts so that we can ensure that BEFORE updating DNS's or releasing the upgraded site, EVERYTHING is working fine and stable.

Last freelancer delivered me the site with problems so he didn't get all his money! I want to explain everything before we begin so that we do not have any problems.

Usefull info :

1. Both sites are in Greek

2. The databases are in ISO format and need to be translated to UTF-8

before the upgrades.

I can help you with e107 by giving you some tips if you haven't worked on it.

PAYMENT

-------

10% as soon as we get the agreement

40% as soon as the first e107 site is upgraded to version and works in Greek without any problem.

50% as soon as the second e107 site, is transfered from Server 1 to Server 2, then upgraded to e107 latest version and working fine without problems.

Do you agree ? I am cutting the payment to 3 steps because we have 2 bad experiences with freelancers taking the money and doing half of the project and then dissapearing.

So in this way we can evaluate each other.
