I need a real estate listings script (database) for real estate agent websites. Each agent must be able to add, edit, delete, and upload pictures for listings. Pictures must automatically resize to fit results fields and thumbnail areas on listing details page. Site visitors must be able search listings by basic criteria: area, price range, minimum bedrooms, minimum bathrooms, etc. Visitor search must return a results page that shows all listings offered by that individual agent that meet criteria (including thumbnail photo). Visitor can then click on listing address to view detailed listing information for that particular listing. A good example of what I'm looking for can be found at [url removed, login to view] (with a few minor adjustments). At site click on: “Sample Websites” then “Agent Pro Sample Site” then “Search for Homes”. You may also sign-up for “Free Test Drive” to see listings interface. Successful bidder must demonstrate they have visited this site and understand requirements. All must be very easy to use by Realtors and visitors. I'm not well versed on database administration. Will need some guidance. Can learn anything. Bidders must provide examples of similar work.
