Script to collect contact information from website

I need to export contact info from the links on the the following pages:

I believe that best way to do this would be to write a script that could parse the information and the links and enter them into mysql a database that could then be exported to excel. If you have a better way to do it just let me know. I just need to have the information in either mysql, excel or csv format.
Here's an example of a single entry. [url removed, login to view] This is the information that needs to be exported for each entry. Everything except the maps. There are about 8000 entries.
