Custom Lyrics Website and Scripts Project for 'snakepit'. Project #AN6821-040728 Hello everyone, My name is Anthony Caldwell. Thanks for taking the time to read this project :) Unfortunately this is a private project for 'snakepit' Project Overview: Lyrics Website (complete lyrics database that uses feeds from other lyrics search engines as well as custom one to display albums, songs, artists, top viewed lyrics, etc.) Technical Details: As agreed via MSN chat, complete source code and rights (ownership). Project Requirements: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in an executable form as well as complete source code of all work. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). Payment, Terms and Conditions: Payment shall be made through Scriptlance, with 50% of payment being made via 'paypal' as deposit for this project on the 'acceptance' of this project by 'snakepit'. An excellent comment will be provide upon successful completion of this project. You will be paid the final 50% when a working demo is posted online.
