56132 Adwords API Ads generator

Hi, We need an API to CREATE and manage Adwords accounts, campaigns, ad groups and ads. This piece of software must allow us to create as many ads, ad groups and campaigns as needed by entering the ad specifications only once (title, description 1, description 2, display url, tracking url, cost per click). It must be able to automatically create a NEW adwords account without having to go to the Adwords'website. It must let us decide the number of keywords we want per ad, number of ads per ad group, number of ad groups per campaign, and number of campaigns per account. The software must be able to import keyword lists from txt and csv files. For instance, if we have a list of 5,000 keywords and we want to create a campaign with 5 ad groups with only one ad per group and 1,000 keywords per ad, then the software should take the first 1,000 keywords of the list to create the first ad, the next 1,000 keywords for the second ad... This is the very first step of a much bigger project for you to manage. Please, don't not bid if you are not familiar with Adwords. Kind regards Jean
