Setting up UseNet Reader w/Adsense on website

I need someone to setup a Usenet reader on my website.

1. The newgroup and message listing must be customized to use my website template w/adsense. Please take a look at example - [url removed, login to view] (replace the left content with usenet reader).

2. I must be able to define several newsgroups.

3. I must be able to disable message posting, or there must be user signup (to deal with spambot problem).

4. Meta tags must be amended for SEO purpose. Including the title in meta keyword and description is sufficient.

5. Search of archived message is required. For this to work, messages should preferably be downloaded to the local host.

You may use or modify from open source scripts. PHP or ASP (preferable maybe used).
