Hi there what we need is a marketplace similar to ebay, but people will only be selling established websites, established domains or turnkey websites, there will be these 3 categories and thats it, in the sort of format of [url removed, login to view], but the look of ebay. the website will be free to list and free to bid everything will be free, only be a small charge for depositing money from paypal etc
The payment system will be via an escrow system so that the winning bid on the auction will put money into the escrow account when the site has been transferred to te buyer the payment is released, we will accept paypal, e-gold, moneybrokers etc to deposit money into there accounts
It MUST be a very powerful system and bug free, payment will be released once website is in working order
